We can create for you a bespoke keepsake memory bear using your beloved and much missed pets blankets and belongings, something to treasure and hold close.
We wholly understand the value to you of your original items you send to have keepsake items created and we promise to take the very best care of them once they are in our possession.
Please remember to complete the personalisation drop downs carefully, please check spellings as how it appears here will be how it appears on the product, including spacing and punctuation. Please do not include accents and special symbols as some of our processes will not allow this. This includes accents above and below the alphabetical or numerical text.
Please, please take note of this. We cannot be responsible for any of your items lost in the post on their way to us and we therefore recommend that you send all clothes recorded delivery. Please check the weight and therefore postage/courier costs of any heavy items first, i.e. beaded wedding dress.
Please note this item will take around 3 weeks to complete once your garments have been received.
Once your order has been placed we will be in touch with you at the earliest convenience with instructions and the address to send your garments to.
We will contact you to advise you that your parcel has arrived safely as we understand how precious they are and we promise to take care of them as if they were our own. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER IN WITH YOUR GARMENT(S).
