We are committed to delivering high-quality, innovative, and beautiful products. To enhance our creative process and bring our designs to life, we occasionally use advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools.

We believe in complete transparency with our community. Here is how and why we use AI in our business:

Product Graphics & Design: A small number of our personalised products feature graphic elements created or enhanced using AI design tools. This allows us to offer unique, intricate, and highly customisable designs that wouldn't otherwise be possible.  These include changing your image to a sketch, watercolour or yellow cartoon character!  These products are clearly listed as AI products. 

Imagery & Backgrounds: To showcase our products in a variety of beautiful and appropriate settings, we sometimes use AI-generated imagery for lifestyle backdrops and photography backgrounds.  This allows us to show you situations you might use and enjoy our keepsakes to inspire you, using imagery that would otherwise be impossible, too timely or too expensive for us to set up.

What This Means for You

Accurate Product Representation: While the backgrounds or specific design graphics may be AI-assisted, the physical product you receive will always match the technical specifications, quality, and appearance shown on our website. We never use AI to alter or misrepresent the actual quality or materials of our products.

Human Oversight: AI is simply a tool in our creative toolkit. Every single design, graphic, and image undergoes strict human review, curation, and quality control by our team before it ever reaches our site.

Data & Privacy: We do not use customer personal data, photos, or uploaded text to train public AI models. Your data remains secure and private.
