A beautiful and unique remembrance candle holder made from solid beech wood. This personalised memorial candle holder is made up of two pillars with a half a heart shape cut out of each, so that when they are put together they form a full heart.
The taller candle holder can be personalised with any name at the top and dates at the bottom. The bottom right corner of the smaller holder you can add any message over 3 lines of 25 characters on each. At the bottom of each candle the wording "ALWAYS LOVED" and "NEVER FORGOTTEN" are fixed text.
We can include a tea light candles for you if you would like, so if you are sending as a gift directly it comes ready to be used.
